I live in Brook Park, Ohio and my son is a student at YSU. He had a problem with his clutch on his Ford Focus and since we were not familiar with the area I had to go online and search for a mechanic in Youngstown. I left a message in the evening and by 8:30am Tim called me back and not only said he could help but assisted me with a towing service, paid for the tow up front, and even took my son back to his apartment after the car was brought in. Tim was a lifesaver for me being over and hour away. Customer service is lacking in so many areas these days but Tim at Redlich went that extra mile - answered my questions (in laymen's terms) honestly and kept in contact with me during the entire repair schedule. This is a place that cares about their customers and I would highly recommend their services to anyone. I couldn't have been more pleased. Thank again for all of your help!
