No Hassle Experience - I had a very good experience with Redlich Transmissions. Broke down 2 blocks from their Youngstown facility and was able to limp over. Their service tech, Dan, explained to me the choice of getting a box transmission from ETE Transmissions instead of them rebuilding it themselves. I am from South River, NJ visiting family in Youngstown, OH. the week of Thanksgiving. As explained by Mark, their manager, the ETE Transmission would give a 3 year/ unlimited mileage nationwide warranty, already remanufactured, considering time and my location, an exceptional value for me! He called that Monday afternoon to see if ETE had one for my 1998 Chevy Express full size van and they had one to ship. Redlich Transmissions began to remove my old transmission on that news and prepared it for the remanufactured transmission. They received it late Tuesday afternoon and had me back on the road Wednesday afternoon, just in time for Turkey Day. Redlich Transmissions price was right and their recommendations and service honest. Truly a no hassle experience, thank you. I highly recommend Redlich Transmissions!
